provided by Imaginable Audio.

Imaginable Audio provides a platform for music producers to download and use samples for
music production purposes only. These samples may include drum kits, sound effects, loops,
and other audio materials (“Samples”). The Service also provides certain features, including
social networking functionalities, allowing users to interact and share information.

In order to use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter
into a contract. By accessing and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet
these eligibility requirements.

password, and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree

prior written consent from Imaginable Audio.

User-Generated Content
You may have the ability to post, upload, or submit content to the Service, including comments,
reviews, or feedback (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Imaginable Audio a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display
your User Content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or
have the necessary rights to grant such a license for all User Content you post.

You agree not to: a. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; b. Use the
Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities; c. Upload, post, transmit, or distribute
any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; d. Interfere with
or disrupt the Service or its servers, networks, or security systems; e. Infringe any intellectual
property rights or other proprietary rights of Imaginable Audio or third parties; or f. Circumvent
any technological measures utilized by Imaginable Audio to protect the Service.

You understand and acknowledge that the Service and its content are provided on an “as is”
and “as available” basis. Imaginable Audio makes no warranties or representations of any kind,
either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the
Service or its content.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Imaginable Audio be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service or these
Terms, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim, whether tort (including
negligence), contract, or otherwise.

Termination
Imaginable Audio may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the Service or your

granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
Governing Law and Venue
